Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on immediate resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product and Sales teams to relay user feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
- Provide onboarding assistance to new clients to ensure seamless adoption of our services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, technical writing, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels.
