- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve service protocols and product knowledge.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar support role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
