- Collaborate with the engineering team to relay critical user feedback.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within the agreed-upon service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems.
