Responsibilities
- Resolve Client Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate support via chat, email, and phone to ensure client satisfaction.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- CRM Management: Log all customer interactions and feedback into our Salesforce CRM system efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to our internal team.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new clients in navigating our platform and maximizing their value.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or IT preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with CRM software is an asset.
- Technical Requirements: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
