Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and product demonstrations for new clients.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
- Document all interactions and feedback in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate technical issues and suggest feature improvements.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product releases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or account management is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
