- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Assist clients with basic technical troubleshooting and guide them through our platform features.
- Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and interaction logs in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product team to help improve our offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
