Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support with empathy and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store environments
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training to deliver accurate information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for inventory rotations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
