Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and phone support
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support promotional activities and seasonal events during peak hours
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
