Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone customer support during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Maintain clean and organized store environments following brand standards

Qualifications

- Availability for flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
