Responsibilities
- Handle 30-40 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS clients using CRM systems and internal knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex escalations within SLA timelines
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through monthly feedback sessions
- Maintain 99.8% attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or healthcare sectors
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20-25 hours/week across evenings/weekend shifts
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
