- Handle 25-30 inbound/outbound customer calls daily
- Resolve inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Collaborate with team on complex issue escalation
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Document interactions in Salesforce system
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
