Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support for product inquiries and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor

Qualifications
