Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize and merchandise products to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
