Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Update and maintain customer records in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Virginia Beach location.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
