Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash handling duties responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, redirecting them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
