Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Cash handling and basic accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (students welcome).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
