Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining product displays, organizing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean and tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate daily reconciliation of sales reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Cross-train with team members to support various departments during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
