Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and via phone/email
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policies
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
