Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and light food items following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure smooth operations
- Support promotional events and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and POS transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
