Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on merchandise
Qualifications
