Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising standards through consistent product arrangement and displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and inventory accuracy
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Actively promote loyalty programs and special promotions to drive sales
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Mission Valley location
- Must be available for at least 20 hours per week
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
