Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Manage client onboarding for premium coworking spaces
- Coordinate event logistics and community engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Assist with facility operations and member amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Experience in tech or coworking environments a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
