Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage floor operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance metrics
- Actively participate in product knowledge sessions to maintain expertise across merchandise categories
- Assist with loss prevention measures and store security procedures

Qualifications
