Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Manage visual merchandising to maintain brand-aligned store displays and product organization
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts, replenishment, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on new collections and promotions
- Support loss prevention by adhering to security protocols and monitoring sales floor activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital payment technologies
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (15-25 hours/week)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for potential off-site events
