Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through product demonstrations and solution-based guidance
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining security protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot interactive display technologies to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with floor staff to maintain organized, visually appealing product showcases
- Document customer feedback and operational insights through our digital reporting platform
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new product launches and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (avg. 20-25 hrs/week)
- Valid California driver's license (occasional off-site inventory support required)
