Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person consultations and product recommendations
- Manage inventory systems and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team to execute seasonal promotions and events
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week
