Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising plans to showcase seasonal collections and local artisan pieces
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Support store operations by maintaining clean, organized displays and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for fashion/sustainability
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
