Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through consultative product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create inviting product displays
- Manage inventory with precision, including receiving and stock rotation
- Operate POS systems and digital appointment booking tools
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Participate in monthly wellness product knowledge training sessions
- Maintain pristine store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Strong verbal communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation to Riverbend Plaza
- Passion for health/wellness industry or eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours shifts)
