- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences through personalized product consultations
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising displays to highlight seasonal collections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and engagement targets
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Support store operations including stock replenishment and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
