Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to designated locations within Raleigh metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient routing
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app
- Resolve minor delivery discrepancies on-site
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (minimum 2010 model, 4-door preferred)
- Smartphone with data plan and basic tech literacy
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
