- Efficiently deliver packages and documents throughout Long Beach using company-provided vehicle
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during package drop-offs and pickups
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating delivery vehicles
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks before and after shifts
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be 18+ years old and pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management and navigation skills (familiarity with Long Beach preferred)
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS tracking and communication apps
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to/from daily pickup location
