Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process customer purchases.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform routine price checks and assist with inventory stocking as needed.
Qualifications
