Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Assist with bagging groceries and carrying items to customer vehicles
- Monitor checkout area for cleanliness and organized product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management
- Support stocking and inventory tasks as needed during downtime
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
