Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting, assisting, and resolving inquiries
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and balance daily sales reports
- Bag groceries and assist with carryout services as needed
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, including stocking supplies
- Support inventory management through price checks and stock rotation
- Uphold company standards for safety, sanitation, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
