Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and issue resolution
- Operate cash registers, credit card machines, and self-checkout stations
- Assist with inventory stocking, price marking, and store cleanliness
- Bag merchandise efficiently while maintaining service speed standards
- Monitor checkout areas for security and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
