Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Manage cash handling, credit card payments, and cash drawer reconciliation
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of merchandise
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store appearance
- Support team members with merchandising and store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
