- Collaborate with the sales team to restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations with high accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
