Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems with speed and precision.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout your shift.
- Inventory Support: Assist in scanning and organizing merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Math Skills: Strong ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available for flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
