Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products efficiently while maintaining organized checkout stations
- Perform price checks, verify promotions, and ensure proper product identification
- Maintain store cleanliness by stocking supplies, cleaning checkout areas, and adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
