Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly greetings and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management when necessary
- Operate self-checkout stations and provide bagging assistance during peak hours
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to our Nicollet Mall location
