Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and reconcile daily transactions
- Support inventory management through product scanning and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
