- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to cash handling policies.
- Assist with restocking shelves and keeping the sales floor organized during downtime.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
