Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer purchases accurately and swiftly.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with stocking, organizing shelves, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
