Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and bag customer purchases using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Process payments efficiently via cash, credit cards, and mobile applications.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional, personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure total satisfaction.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus but not required; we train eager learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
