Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with product recommendations and issue resolution
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Operate scanning equipment and handle customer returns/exchanges
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Assist with price verification and promotional displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months of retail or cashier experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
