Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while ensuring all transactions are balanced.
- Bag and organize customer purchases with care.
- Monitor the sales floor for cleanliness and assist in maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
