Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at checkout
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision
- Bag groceries and assist with carryout as needed
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and aisles
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with technology and payment systems
