Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with bagging items, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently following company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
