Job Overview:
As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You will manage transactions accurately, maintain a clean workspace, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Greet customers warmly and answer questions regarding products and services.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments responsibly.
- Bag merchandise and maintain a tidy checkout area.
- Assist with inventory stocking and store organization as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier positions is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
