Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the register.
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments while balancing the drawer at the end of every shift.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
